TORREY PINES
We had heard that Torrey Pines State Park & Beach was a beautiful place to walk/hike, so we went there yesterday to check it out.
We took Joshy in the stroller & ended up traversing quite a few trails that were definitely not stroller friendly.
Look at that beautiful view!
We took the stroller down several sets of stairs to get down to the beach from the top of the cliffs. Our stroller made it, but it was a bit of a bumpy ride for Joshy!
Once down on the beach, Daddy & Joshy had so much fun running through the shallow waves!
AT THE PARK
Joshy is getting so big! It is amazing to see how much fun he can have on his own at the park these days.
BALBOA PARK
Joshy loved riding the carousel!
He wasn't as thrilled about donning the penguin costume while at the Natural History Museum though.
The point was to put on the poofy-belly costume to slide down the "glacier." He tried it, but it really wasn't terribly quick, so...
...he resorted to walking down the glacier in his goofy penguin costume.
Joshy tries to mimic the amazing elephant sounds his daddy makes, but he ends up just spitting through his pursed lips. So funny & cute!
PANTRY MAN
Joshy thinks it's so funny to say, "buh bye" & hide in the pantry.
Then he opens it up & says, "allo!"
AT THE BEACH
We've recently discovered Coronado Beach & have loved spending time there whenever Daddy gets off work early.
THE LIBRARY
Joshy & I really like going to story time at the library every week.
Sometimes he ditches story time though to play with his favorite magnetic puzzle.
THE ZOO
Joshy was happy riding the bronze turtle, but I guess it looks a little too real because he would not go anywhere near its head. He was worried about "bite." :-)
BIG MOMMA
35 weeks pregnant with two big 5 pound boys. We are all getting bigger by the day!
OUR MINIVAN
We are so excited about our new van! There is enough space for all of us including the 2 boys on the way.
