Whistler Trip 2009

We just got back from another awesome Barrett Family Whistler Extravaganza!!! Like usual, it was so much fun and so beautiful and so hard to leave. Ryan & I were there for 2 short days, in which time we skied, ate it a few times (more times for me than for Ryan), played in the pool & hot tub, and hung out with the family.

Ryan's Trip to Carmel

Ryan went on a trip to Carmel, CA with some of his fellow classmates to present their findings from their summer research projects. He had a great time there being with his awesome classmates outside of class. One of the highlights was a long bike ride along the coastline.

I think this picture of my brother is awesome so I had to post it. Looks like a cool place to visit!

If you are planning a visit to the "City of the Gods" someday, I would recommend finding out when the lush, green season occurs. Look at the difference between these 2 pictures!
