Trivia Night

The Rules

  • No more than 6 people per team
  • Team names must be creative (e.g., The Sassy Sombreros)
  • The announcer should think he's pretty funny even if no one else does
  • Only those over 60 who watch a lot of TV can know the answers

Needless to say, we didn't do very well, but we didn't lose!
And since we were with fun people
---Katie, Jana, Jen, etc.---
we couldn't help but have fun!

Missionary Mike in Mexico

Here is the most recent picture my brother sent from Mexico. He says he wants a street bike when he gets back. I am so proud of my little brother and the amazing person he is and is becoming. He has just about 8 months left!

Spring at UW

Ryan & I took the Ross kids to "The Quad" at UW, which is currently bordered by blossoming cherry trees. It was quite picturesque! (Too bad all I had to capture it with was a camera phone.)

Med School Prom

Med School Prom was really fun! It was held at the Space Needle and was quite well attended. I was happy to see that med students can do a lot more than attend class and study! This was the first dance that Ryan and I have ever been to together and since it went so well, we already have plans to attend next years' Prom together!

Here we are decked out in our formalwear.
And here are some of Ryan's good friends, Eric & Jonathan.

A Visit with My Parents

Lucky for us, my parents live in beautiful, sunny, Southern California.
Our last visit, over Spring Break, included the following activities:
Hanging out with our super nice hosts in beautiful surroundings,

Four baby birdies & several fish feedings,

A walk on the beach at sunset,

Karaoking with grandparents, Auntie Karen, Uncle Tom, and cousins!
